Where much like the cold war the Catholic church created jobs and competitive businesses against the Communist regime's econ gridding in Latin america.
So first we must obtain the strength of a lobbyist with no fear of the KOC's rejection or possible speech to the Espionage agents enforcers of the current writing policy change.
