A Country a People a Culture Stays great cause it does not allow itself to be attacked or oppressed. The USA is currently run by a grid of losers to the Communist Chinese oppression. Contextual Law of Disclaimers

I am not an attorney
negar spelled incorrectly on purpose so as not to incite at full throttle the written other word. creates a defense in the mind that this guy can't spell or is funny.
Sometimes when you are an analysts and very stressed out you say some stupid things. When you find things out that make you really mad. So the idea is to keep a context of always being proper and legal. Even when stating things that may be completely evil not right or otherwise. So that if need be the proper and legal issues can be dealt with legally. Sometimes I write things that without context would seem very illegal. However, so long as context is held in the utmost legal and proper view point and structures. Then contextual law is a defense to any speech torts.

Contextual law through disclaimers. A law I read when I started thinking of analizing and starting to write to my government on very stressfull issues. Was that of disclaimer and context. Sometimes in the government we have to kill folks, scare folks or arrest folks, or other things. This can be completely legally. However, for the writer it is very scary as when creating a movement through a write or presentation of writings. Sometimes one can be scared to say what they want to say. So disclaimers are necessary. As this allows the person to understand it is a mood setting event and not meant to be illegal in nature. As it would sound without the disclaimer of in context or legal and propery. Context disclaimer allows one to leave room to have things sit in for a while maybe make some really upsetting comments. But then end it with a disclaimer of context. So then after the mood is set. You can come back in and present some other writings. Then state of course legally and properly. Which allows for the person to be casted into a mood, of either complete laughter or complete pissed off. Then one can present the issue that is the issue at hand.

My speech towards military personnel at times when it is about major events like death issues, defense issues or heightened scrutiny sometimes gets very disorderly in nature. However, to not break the peace of such context. I have stated that it is meant to be like a drill sergeant upsetting your insides stressing you out so you can be prepared and feel the negative energy that is necessary that I feel on this topic. Obvious over the last three years. When interacting with the military I have said and spoke some really stupid things that afterwords would make a normal non legal analysts feel very scared. However, I am again using contextual reliance of disclaimers. Along with the context of a good demeanor and purpose of intent of the speech.

These are provided for my writings here on top of this cite. For my interaction in other places I have contextual always spoken legal and properly. As legally through a vote of congress and the military one can do a lot of stupid things if legal and proper. Also cultural speech. In certain cultures one can get away with more freedom of speech than others. For example, African's as spoken in the need for an African in our science department lead. Have the negar speech. Which is literally very attiduded and very head moving and uses the negar word every other sentence and is allowed to get very angry. I know this as I have African American friends and they get mad. So I read if it was legal, it is allowed by the court. Again I am not an attorney though. And let me tell you if you ever get a chance to use negar speech. Then do it as it is relievingly good afterwords. There is actually some cultures like some Asians and Europeans in the USA that just always use negar cultural speech. It is amazing to listen to each other talk. It sounds like they hate each other. One of the cases I read the African American was speaking to a European and she was moving her head and speaking very loudly and culturally. Then she got hit, you can't do that you have to walk away. As it is their culture literally to speak like that. Its cool. Scares me though. I just use a disclaimer and say legally and properly I will kick your arse understand me.

When I am writing in on matters of war strategies it is a different scrutiny as it is reality that this here land can be invaded, hurt, or even torn down. So sometimes I will get very angry to make a point but mean it in the utmost legal and proper way. As per my disclaimers. Disclaimers also help out with the fighting words torts. While also I am not speaking to the ordinary citizen. Which might think my sometimes stupid speech would mean something that would not be legal. Especially after a contextual relation of over three years on analysts of economic warfare issues.

Also my speech is defiantly not hate speech. As I do not hate communist even though sometimes I like to say stupid things. As one of my best friends is a Communist and a very good artist and musician. Along with that I do not want to intend to kill the Chinese people just to create a Democracy. So in my mind I am trying to actually better their lives and quality of freedom. Along with that I am not trying to tear down my own government, nor do things illegally. As all of my efforts are meant for Democracy and our Constitutional way. Not against it at all. However, those acting against the Democracy and Constitution sometimes need somebody to bark at them and let the world know that folks will be dominate on issues like our security of industries, trade and technology.

Along with that I will use the defense if a rapper and rap musical people get to say stupid things about folks. So do I, cause I am legal and proper and they are illegal and high as hell most of the time.
