Syria Ryan's Proxy War versus Bidens Implosion War. Neither a Solution

Ryan's idea with regards to Syria is to basically use US forces to get involved. He does not make a play on the idea of actually creating an allied force guerrilla warfare force to stop US intervention or to actually US Russia to make them an ally to stop Communist China. This would be the best way to go. As Russia wants to be hanging out with teh Democracies of the world. However, the Republican old guard still shoves anti Communist Russian Forces and military to the back when they can be brought to the front. I mean for god's sake. The Democracy forces in Russia took over the whole Communist forces. That means that Russia has a lot of political and Military allies in the fight against lasting Communist Party bases like Syria.

Vice President Biden is an obvious target of Russian allied Communist. His idea is to use international aid to help aid terrorist. Which then gives the Communist Russians the basic necessary elements to get rid of the international aid in Russia. As per actual reality of our Vice President saying he is using international aid to create terrorism against a country that Russia has bases in.

Since Biden's public speech of we are using international aid to create terrorism. The World's New Democeacies with still powerful fascist areas like Russian Communist. Have used that intel and obvious speech to destroy world international Democracy aid to areas that are Democracy and we are no threat too.

Neither comes up with the reality of the issue. One has the idea of its to late lets critize what they could have done. Thus causing the first ever complete genocide from Russia of international aid based on Communist Russian Party political elitism. Then Ryan is about using US forces or its allied invasion forces to invade it. Both of which are not a good strategy.

The conclusion is that the Syrian people need a proper big brother to help them gain Democracy. While the West needs Russia's vote against Communist China to stop Communist Chinese Party threats to Democracy. Thus we need to get Russian to help the Syrian's create a Democracy system that they can vote for and help work with the US forces and local Democracy forces like Turkey. So as to create a unified area of Democracy councils for Muslims and citizens in Syria.

Biden has allowed his actions and ideas to cause the Communist International party to retake strategic elements in Russia that are not ready to be supplied by a still fragile Democracy. While Russian allows the Syrian Military to think that foreign militarizes are invading it. Thus both of them are keeping the war going.
