Russian Communist Party and its Ties to The Last CCCP Dictator

There are few old Communist Generals left in Russia after the last 18 years of retiring or new Democracy blood being taken in as an operational Democracy Congress in Russia allowing Generals or Leaders to be voted in to their military.
