Firing Squads in Utah and Oklahoma for High Treason case.

Today there is a way that has been used for a very long time to keep our leaders in check. It is almost completely gone for the USA and its law books. But there is one state that it is legal in and the Federal Government also allows it to. Under high treason if the all the investigative branches agree that there is obvious high treason. A leader can be shot by a firing squad for committing high treason. This law is meant to stop the idea that high treason can be allowed or that one can get away with it with nothing more than slap on the hand. This historically was used to stop the US from helping the British. Once local area political figures where voted into power. Where if they where found committing treason or helping a foreign state destroy the US. They would try them under military investigation. Then they would shoot them in the head. This has not been done for a long time. I am a complete believer in the idea that tough laws stops specific crimes. I know as I am predisposed to criminal activities as I am poor, live in a high illegal immigrant area, and also have no wife, or family and am at that age where I feel down and out. However, my need to someday be a day and my understanding that if I get in trouble my life will be over stops me. However, these rich leaders, take bribes, destroy our industries, allow foreign dominance, while nothing happens to them. It is my personal belief if we shot one of them in the head for high treason. That the rest would fall in line and become stronger US leaders. Legally and Properly I can state that I can shot a leader in the head, for high treason. Only if the issue is not political and more than obvious it is high treason.

This idea would be an idea like if a certain leader where to protect a certain set of Chinese conspirators to the old Communist Party economically destroy the US science industry. Might be a legal way to deal with it as per fear of criminal penalties being a firing squad.
