Any man who claims to be in a Democracy with other parties. And then does not allow for a fair shift in leadership. After almost 30 odd years. Should expect the opposing parties to get violent and should just step down. Any Democracy country will tell you that.
1. Have the council of the rebels have a predominant set of leaders that start to vote on matters of things to do. So as to make it look like a legitimate Democracy. Then have them work with another predominant set of political figures. So they have two or more political parties fighting together. This allows for less possible leaks, or disbanding due to political ideological perspectives of disbelief in their voted party leader. This is from the US civil war. As the US split itself into two factions during the war against the British.
2. Syrian Democracy parties should create an international body or reach out to current Democracy Syrian elements. To start looking for Russian help. So as not to have to remove their base but yet gain support. This needs to be analized by a professional with more knolwedge and indepth files though as per possible leaks, set ups or other wise. That is why two Democracy parties should be used and not one fascist rebel Democracy party. This will be so if the outside world as per BenJamin Franklins Faction gets used, abused, set up or otherwise taken for, the opposing Democracy party in the civil war can still save the counter party that is fighting against the fascist party that will not share power or be fair in economic issues.
.... I know just alone in Russia they could find many sympathetic to the fascist resistance force of Democracy. They just have to set up a foreign council that the two sets do not mind having more power of the domestic one with less contacts that does not take orders from the international connected party. This could really help with regards to tanks, airplanes and other things. If the proper set faction of Democracy could get help from Russian pro Democracy military and Congressional parties. Which I am sure both parties without the Communist Party around would sign off on top secret missions to help take out tanks to make it look magical. However, again, the connected force has to be a small force and political plan to be more or less possible arrested, abused, or leaked because of contacts to the Russian contacts of the Syrian American Council or Syrian International National council.
3. There should never be pictures of tanks set up in a row of a civil war yet, camera men can get close enough to take pictures. If the Fascist regime every is dumb enough to leave that many tanks in a row. Then the proper balloon launchers, socks, ammo empties, and chewing gum should be aimed at the area to cause major mass movements and then as they are running or moving them from bombardment then have local area rabbits ready to run up and gum up the tracks. Then just sit on them until Syrian air-force is drawn in and then you can down planes helicopters and or the whole tanks squad. This guerrilla warfare strategy came from a WACKLy move that was used in Afghanistan when Charlie Wilson was helping stop the Soviet Fascist. You can take down the whole tank brigade with simple ammo sock bombs to gum tracks, then cause stop to re-pare Then use the minimal amount of AK-47 type rockets to try and hit the planes. Also setting up possible dolls to draw fire from planes to get them at a level mathematical shot which they would have to use for bombs, missiles or trajectory of gun fire. Each point of trajectory to hit the dolls would have to have a set shot from.
4. I have been reading up on Syrian Ninja's Hassasn's, or US is known as guerrilla military state forces. These guys are pretty smart. However, they are guerrillas which means that a profile of them should be done and the intel manuals should be read on them by the new Syrian Democracies forces. Cause these guys are smart. They could be turned, or they could be burned not physically, or they could be sent in as shadows for bases in homes without anyone knowing.
5. Another thing is motorcycles, they should be running around every day all day moving constantly looking watching and writing down typical movements. This is an old Delgado Spanish (Mexican) and MacDonald family strategy of gridding out the Spanish Forces in modern day California. They would just sit around at corners and areas where specific armaments or hoarse would go and just watch and listen. This should then be used to create maps and possible movements of heavy armor's or thoughts as per daily activities.
6. Another one is make electrical fences around their own weapons. This just takes a simple batter and some wires connected to the fence. That can get the guard once they open the gate.
